Quality Control and Assurance
At DXQ LCD Display, we believe that product quality is the foundation of long-term partnerships. Every display we produce—whether TFT LCD, AMOLED, flexible screens, or monochrome modules—undergoes strict quality control to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with international standards.
We are fully certified with ISO9001:2015, RoHS, CE, and other global standards. In addition, we provide customized QC programs tailored to our customers’ specific requirements.
Incoming Quality Control
- AQL Standard Sampling Inspection for all incoming materials.
- Comprehensive engineering, mechanical, electronic, and optical testing.
- Supplier quality audits to maintain high sourcing standards.
In-Process Quality Assurance
- Continuous online QC during key processes (cleaning, printing, chip placement).
- 100% inspection after wire bonding (electronic and optical).
- Final inspection and testing for mechanics, electronics, and optics.
- Functional testing of LSI, LCD performance, contrast, and more.
Outgoing Quality Control
- Functional testing of electronics, AC/DC performance, pin terminals, and mechanics.
- LCM testing for contrast, character clarity, and display performance.
- AQL standard sampling inspections (AQL value = 0.65) before shipment.
